Refund policy
We want you to fall in love with every step you take in your new heels.
If something doesn’t feel quite right, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you wish to exchange for a different size or style, simply return your item as usual and place a new order for your preferred pair.
Your refund will be processed once we’ve received and inspected the returned item.
Packaging Guidelines
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unworn and unused, free from any marks or damage.
• Returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Placed inside its original shoe box, and then protected in an outer shipping box (either the original or another sturdy carton).
Please avoid taping or writing directly on the shoe box, as it forms part of the product presentation.
If your return does not meet the above conditions, a partial refund may be issued to cover handling and repackaging costs.
How to Request a Return
We want your return process to be as smooth as every step in your heels.
Simply follow the steps below:
1. Contact us at info@mirraheels.com within 14 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, item name, and a short note about the reason for your return.
2. Our team will respond with return instructions and the return address.
3. Carefully pack your item following the packaging guidelines above, and send it back using a trackable postal service.
4. Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
